Comments:
7:11 pace. Was supposed to be 7:15. Was 7:15 through 10k but then I was really hurting and probably sped up for fear of dropping off pace. The heat didn't help and I think cumulative training is wearing me down a bit. This workout was really really hard. When I finished, I was light headed and nauseous. I lost the 2-2 breathing by 10k
