Weather: sprinkly, still fairly warm though
Comments:
probably a bit over 10 total, but it's all good. felt amazing today, wish the hills were longer, but i'm keeping my fingers crossed for next week because she said it would be different. i just never feel like these hills give a great workout since i don't think my heart rate is high for a very long period, still a good strengthening workout though, and i can always use practice on short steep hills because i suck at them.
3ish mile warmup, on trails, then an extra with dom and reza, 13x loop, felt really good the whole time, this workout just breezed by, thank god it wasn't 80 and sunny like usual. 2ish mile cooldown, last mile or so barefoot on van horn
ups after ice bath.
