Comments:
Hill workout today, started kinda crappy, towards the end I found a little extra and was able to push a little more, Dom stuck back with the second group today, which was good because he kept the pace consistent which made for a better workout
Foot got caught in a ditch early in the workout, felt fine throughout, but its kind of stiff now, I'll keep an eye on it, it shouldnt be an issue
