hill workout at the meadow. 12x hill loop. it went alright i guess, but i was super slow on the downhills cause they were boning my knees. ran most of the workout with drew, but way behind the main pack. i was dead tired at the end, which i guess means i got a good workout, but my legs werent tired at all, which means that my legs are way way stronger than my cardio. i guess thats good for track, but not a good sign for the 8k coming up this weekend.
