Comments:
I got out there and I ran. I did not want to get out of bed and I am not looking forward to what I may have to face at work today between the Southerners and the blacks. Many are calling in sick today , but i am going to face the music. Back to the work-out. I messed up the third Interval when I did not hear the alarm to start running So I had a 4 min walk instead of a 2 min walk. I still ran my full eight minutes by adding the run at the end. I have only one more work-out to meet my goal of 4 and I have till Sunday. It is Looking real good.
