well i decided to do swim team for my neighborhood pool as some cross training and to work on my arms and lungs. IM STILL RUNNING, and im a runner more that anything else. only right now im finishing my break and have started swimming. today was pretty bad, i didnt have a cap or jammers so i was kinda slow, also need to work on form. but as bad as it was, my first XC workout was ten times worse.
also, ashley works at my pool... so il soon have a summer full of core
