Horseshoe Lake/ The Problem...Maybe?

Soberlook up North Park around upper lake and back (with Grogan),, Soberlook to Chestnut Hills to North Park to Coventry, straight back to Soberlook (alone) -

I did something different in my form yesterday and my knee did much better and when I woke up this morning my hamstring and calf were very sore, but only on my injured leg. My new theory is that I changed something small about my running motion when I got hurt and fall back into it when my hamstring starts to get tired. My knee seems to do better when I run further forward on my foot, off my heels, which I do when I go faster. It also seems to hurt more running uphill than down. I think the hamstring might be my problem.

I tried to shift my weight forward on my feet today and my knee didn't bother me too much. The weather provided me with some relief from the last couple days. I felt good on the part with Grogan, but had some stomach issues at the end and had to make a pit stop in the woods on North Park.
