Comments:
Went for a real easy run through Little Italy and around Northside and back to Zeta. Can definitely tell that I haven't had much mileage since February, but (hopefully) it'll come back. I seemed to have gone faster than I thought. I think I'm going to ease into the whole crunches business though.
