calves felt a lot better. felt like i had some bounce in my stride (lifting legs/nap/eating/socks?) started out a little easy then picked it up. 3rd mile 6:15 felt easy, strong, relaxed. 4th/5th 745/715. shins ok, right a little tender for a few strides at begininngi of surge but ok during and after.
