Comments:
Ran the schofield 5k. Did 18:03 on a hilly course, and was going pretty hard. Not bad for this point in training (3 weeks in) but no where close to my PR of 16:50. Honestly I was going pretty hard the first 2.5, but I slacked off in the end because I looked behind me and there was no one in sight and I gave up on catching the guy 80m ahead of me. Came in 4th overall.
