I did it, I did it! I didn't get my goal of under 5 hours, but I only missed it by 1 min 59 sec. It was those 2 stupid bathroom stops! I did however PR with 5:01:28. What a beautiful trail, it's an old railroad bed & ran along a stream almost the whole way. The 1st 6 miles were good, mile 6-14 SUCKED, gentle rolling hills, but I couldn't really tell I was doing hills until I looked down to see how slow I was actually going. Mile 14-19 were mostly down & flat, another 'gentle' hill from 19-20 and then it was all downhill from there. The surface was great too, crushed rock, it was good on the legs. Ron CRUSHED his PR by 25 minutes with a 5:25:16. I'm SO PROUD of him!
