Been awhile since I posted here. Training recently has been inconsistent with the move, roughly 10-15 miles on 2-3 runs/week, but with the 100on100 just 12 weeks away, it's time to get serious about training for this baby.

Ran a new loop from the new house, Great Plain-Central-Dwight-Forest-Wellesley-Great Plain-Pilgrim-home. BIG hill on Dwight, should serve me well to train for the hills on the course in V-mont.
