still felt really tired. almost didn't go at all... originally was going to do a legit run, but after starting decided it would probably be better to take it easy. so only went twenty minutes. i think it helped though, recovery-wise. knee hurt a little in the beginning (inside right), but mostly I was just tired. not really sure how long it was
