Exercise Type: Run

Weather: hot, like 80 and humid

a little more than 2 mi in the warm-up, a little more than 3 in the race, and 2 for the cool down.
ran my 5k in 19:13 and it felt really good. I went out more conservatively than usual, and Justine and I started picking it up once we got on the hill after mile 1. I felt pretty solid up and hill and really strong going back down it when I caught Kristen and ran with her for the rest of the race. Didn't really start feeling tired until I got into the field for the finish, and then I never really convinced myself to sprint all-out in the end (which isn't really a big deal since the person who passed me is on my team.)
Definitely a good day for me and for the team. Both teams, actually.
