Today was intense!
Haha.
Rachael and I did the not so in shape warm up.
Then stretches
Then the 100's...
Ouch!!
Haha.
I did 10 with a 2min break before the last 4
So 6 100’s break for 2min then 4 more 100’s.
My times were :19-:21 so i just put :20
That reminded me why i am not in track and how out of shape I am haha.
Definitely want to be back in shape! And im going to be :D
After we did a slow lap around the baseball field and abbs with Sora!
