Up and Down

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, clear, pretty toasty

felt pretty miserable most of the day today, legs felt poopy, overall tired. lots of aches when we started down to veale, by the end of the warmup i was feeling pretty good but just wanted to get it over with, drills took forever. Finally we rolled out and i felt really good the whole time. we all decided to increase the pace to a little slower because i don't think any of us were fully recovered from the race with just a long run in between. didn't feel quite as good as last week, but still pretty good. we had a solid pack all the way through 3.5ish, then slowly separated. gjoraas and i pushed a well controlled (compared to last week especially) last mile.

down to veale, 2mi to mlk, 6mi tempo 33:58 (5:33 last mile) nrv for 300s, back to veale, up to the house.

ups after i got back home.
