Soberlook up South Park to Shaker to Brainard and back, water stop at upper lake (alone) -

This was pretty decent for a few miles and then I just felt my body run out of water. I had to stop for water at the upper lake. My knee was a little sore the whole time but didn't gey any worse as I ran. Just from an injury standpoint, this was the second best long run I've had in a couple months, last week being a little better.
