Comments:
Ran 2 ten minute miles on the treadmill. Knee was sore afterwards so I iced it with a bag of frozen potstickers. Decided I wanted to eat the potstickers. Ate 10 potstickers. Conclusion: getting that "runner's butt" is going to be harder than anticipated.
