Comments:
shouldnt have played that basketball game. slacked a little on the 3 mile run. really tired after. did stations, dips, stepups, pullups, mason twists, situps, and some pushups. Came home exhausted today. didnt time my run right, but i think i got a little under 30 minutes or so.
