Comments:
I had to stop for a little bit because of a sharp pain in my hip, but it went away. Still this caused me to have to warm up again and used up a little bit of time. As a result I fell 4 seconds short of my goal. Im satisfied though because I ran a good hard run. I also found a way to stretch out my form and make it a bit better, because I didn't want to hurt my hip. So this might have been for the best.
