Weather: 85, M. Sunny, humid

4:45pm - First run in the new shoes. I was told to start out with short distances to avoid injury. Quads felt good, calves were beginning to get fatigued. Right knee was a little tight on the inside of the kneecap. (Patellar-femural syndrome again?)
