2 mi wu from Clarke to Veale to Mayfield hill - 14:00

10x800 meter Mayfield hill (37:00 total time), 400 hard up, 400 recovery down. mainly w/ Chris, Alex, Kamron, Nate, Kurt. :86, :91, :89, :92, :90, :88, :90, :89, :88, :76.

3 mi cd up Mayfield -> Coventry -> Euclid Hts. -> Cedar -> Ambleside -> Veale

So the workout wasn't too difficult, but it was definitely quality and I think I needed to slow it down today just to get my legs back under me, so I just stuck with that pack. I guess I could have killed myself and averaged closer to :83-:85 but we'll see how it goes. right leg has been tight for a few days now.
