Exercise Type: Run

right hip flexor worse today, could barely walk when i first woke up, loosened up a bit as i walked around during the day. got it worked on at trainer's, iced, rolled it when i got home and it felt better after that. first day off in about a month, so i'm not too worried about it, although i do love the mayfield hill workout because i think it actually helps. it's early yet though, so i'm just planning on taking it really easy these next couple days and hopefully i'll be fine for my long run sunday.
