Comments:
5 min warmup, 4x5min hard/1min easy, 5min coldown. Right shin sore a little during workout, but didnt get any worse. By fourths rep, left hip flexor hurting so stopped. felt fine on easy cooldown.

In 5ft, walked 25yd slow calf raises, heel walked back x 2. could feel it working especially outter front shin muscles.
