Summer Cross Country Practice

Comments:
Today, Tom and I ran Hill rd. We started out at a pretty good pace. After a couple miles in Tom was fading back. We were going at a pretty conservative pace by then but at that point we had gone a considerable amount of miles. Once we arrived the hill, I started attacking the hill and was sprinting up it. Afterwards, I waited for Tom at the base of hill rd. We jogged for about 2 minutes and then we started a fast pace again and finished at the Super Duper. After getting something to drink, we jogged slowly to the finishing pole. After our run, we jogged a Cooldown.
