elevated heel squats with medicine ball lifts
overhead tricep presses with bands to shoulder lifts to presses
one-legged kettle bell lifts
plank pushes hands to shoulders
elbow plank with hands on neck for 1 minute then up downs returning hands to neck
chest presses with body bar on cable machine
