Took the GPS watch with me. This is what it says. Best pace 5:09 mile (can't imagine I held that for long), calories burnt 3503. The distance my watch read was 12.11 miles. this really accounts the the accuracy of mapmyrun.com because that site told me my run would be 12.1 miles. Overall this run felt really good. Only three more miles this week till I meet my goal of 45 miles. I will finish that up tomorrow when I run the Firecracker 5 mile in Rochester tomorrow in Rochester.
