Weather: gloomy. not much sun at all

Comments:
great run. ran 2 laps with coach 21:50
then rested a bit and did another lap. last two went slow at some points and hard at other areas like the last hill. 5 laps total today, no problems. then 6 uphills from the 60 meter.
