To Hell and Back

Weather: overcast and cold to start, sun came out and it got nice though

Comments:
never thought i'd ever enjoy a run on this canal bank again, but any dirt path is nice right now.

arms and shoulders are starting to feel a bit stronger already, but my legs and lungs still have some catching up to do. I know my calves have atrophied to some extent over the last year, but good lord, running hurts a lot again! Can't wait until those catch up to the rest of my fitness. today's run felt much, much better than yesterday's, the way back was slower (1:15 positive split) but all in all it was controlled and comfortable, and still faster overall than yesterday.
