Comments:
Ran at the towpath. Met with the high school team but didn't really run with them cuz Matt asked me not to. Since its a down week I only did 11 today. About 6 miles in I picked it up . At first it was unententional but then I figured that since I have tomorrow off it wouldn't be so bad to puch a bit and see what happens. Ran the last 5 fairly hard. I wouldn't say really like a tempo or steady state type thing. More so a progression action. Took my heart rate a little late it was like 160 but I'm pretty sure it was more like 170-180. Encouraging run though.
Splits: 6:27, 6:21, 6:20, 6:25, 5:43(short), 6:13, 6:04, 6:04, 5:59, 5:48, 5:37
I added about 50 seconds to the end of the run to make up for the short mile in the middle.
