Summer Cross Country Practice

Comments:
Today, Tom and I ran Robinson rd. We started off with a warm up around the track. Then we stretched and headed out on Robinson rd. I had trouble keeping up with Tom because I am out of shape and I haven't taken my pills in about three days. I fell back and Tom kept his pace. He finished about 1 minutes in front of me at the turn around and about a minute and a half at the finish. (We walked after the turn around for about a good 5 minutes.)
