Weather: cool, rainy at the beginning

Comments:
did a track workout today. we were supposed to do 8x400 at our race pace from sudeck, which for me was just embarassingly slow, so the workout was a complete joke. i more or less just ran it as a continuous 2.5 mile run instead of 400's with a jog recovery. the laps averaged about 95 seconds, which was about as slow as i could handle without killing myself. the only good part was at the end when i got to pace austin and reza through a fast 400, which was nice. i felt very comfortable and smooth, and the 62 that i ran was extremely easy.
