Weather: sunny, hot

No route I have ever ran puts you in as much oxygen debt and pain so early and so quickly. I was definitely not ready to run this one, the last uphill was awful, i was just barely able to pick my feet up high enough to step forward. I got a little bit back on the way back as i ran past the golf course, so that's good that i'm able to recover on the run aa little bit, but i was dead by the end of this one. didn't even have enough in me to run a full 42 min, haha
