Comments:
Warmed up and saw Peter so ran a few miles with him. Headed to the track and did 8 x 200m progressions where i ratcheted the pace up every 50m. Then did 6 x 400m in a similar manner. Added 8x100m barefoot strides. Finished with a short cooldown.
