6 mile tempo

Comments:
6:10, 6:04, 6:11, 6:13, 6:03, 5:39 for a total of 36:23. Came through the 5 at 1 second slower than last weeks tempo then dropped a 5:39. I felt great today. The first 3 miles I was holding back and still ran under what I was expecting. 4 and 5 I held a nice negative pace and the last mile was a bit tiring but I was going a lot faster. Negative split
