A good tempo! And new bras :)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cloudy and not hot. like mid 70's i think

Actually felt great for the first 3.75 mi of the tempo. Ran with Justine literally the whole way and we negative split every mile. 31:43 overall, and i think something like 6:40, 6:25, 6:20, 6:15, 5:57 (does that add up?) Didn't start feeling it until we started really picking it up with probably 1.25 to go but we still ran a pretty quick last mile. Awesome workout. I should denfinitely drink coffee before important races.
