I will never eat frosted mini wheats before a workout again. EVER.

got down to mlk and out of nowhere i suddenly had to deuce like no other, went to the portapotty, but there was no tp, luckily brett wing-manned and got me some leaves (which worked alright, but not great, but it's all good, coach barnes had a brilliant little trick to take care of that). made it 1.5ish into the tempo and had to go again, but i was able to hold it until 5mi, then i unleashed the fury and finished up the workout. hip started tightening up around 3-4mi into the workout, nothing too serious, every once in a while i would feel a weird stride, but i was consistent otherwise. didn't do strides after though, and it got really tight during/after the cooldown.

34:08 (but there was a nice long break in there too). legs felt amazing, but i guess that will happen after doing only 18mi in the last 5 days.

did ups after i got home.
