Comments:
Ran two miles today. Afterward did 20 power jumps and 40 4-square hops on each leg. Came inside and did 30 straight leg lifts, 30 side leg lifts, 30 inner thigh leg lifts, 20 back leg lifts. Also did 80 crunches, 20 between each leg set. Was able to complete each mile in 10 minutes.
