Tempo/Steady State

Comments:
Went on a run during lunch. Let's just say it was HOT. And miserable. Not fun. I attempted to tempo, but it turned more into a steady state....whatevs, I guess. First mile was 7:00 pace exactly, but started out running 6 minute pace....I feel like I could do better at these things if I didn't fly out at the start.
