Weather: Hot I guess...

I felt okay. Ran out with Yesenia so I took it slow which was good because I think I've been running out too fast trying to keep up. My shorts were kind of annoying because they were big and granny-pantyish (the ones I just bought from the fitness center). Felt okay and pretty good. Stopped for water twice ONLY. I looked at the ground the whole run...it was wierd. No cramps! I felt okay but did lose in Ultimate Frisbee.
