when i woke up today my hip made me feel like a giant whale shit had been dropped out of an airplane on my face. after biking to class and walking around a bit, it started feeling better. ran with tenley, felt really good the whole time, the pace was perfect, got back to veale still feeling good, so i added on another 2 which also felt good. even after the run i wasn't as tight as i thought i'd be. as long as i don't kill myself tomorrow, with two easy days after that i think i might be good. at least this is what i am hoping.
