10 each rt knee left knee alternating,
10 straight with arms extended above head;;

dumbell presses:
35 lbs each hand,
2 sets of 10 reps with each arm opposite arm down,
2 sets of 10 reps w each arm opp arm extended;;

bent row:
4 sets of 12 50lbs straight bar;;

snow angels w back on weight bench:
12 reps with 10 lbs dumbells on back,
12 on stomach,
12 on back;;

4 sets of 12 back pulley from low machine balancing on opp leg (setting unknown);;

100 calories in 11 minutes:
25 calories each on stairclimber, eliptical, glider and treadmill;;

20 crunches on ball with 10 lb dumbell: in right hand extend to sky,
20 with left hand;;

balance with bottom on foam square, feet in air: 3 sets of 15 crunches
