6:15pm - 2mi. warmup; 5mi. Tempo run (29:41 - 5:50, 5:55, 6:03, 5:54, 5:59); 2.5mi cooldown.
Not as quick or consistent as I was hoping, but a fair workout nonetheless. Right knee became sore around mile 3 of Tempo run.
