5 Mile Run - Week 7

Comments:
Ran 5 miles along Charles River. Stopped for water at mile 1.4 and 3.6
Weather was definitely cooler, but humidity was still very high at 87%. Ran first mile at 10:05, second mile at 9:43, third mile at 9:22, fourth mile at 9:07 and last mile at 9:04 pace. Schedule had me running 5 miles at 8:55 pace, but haven't done much speed work lately, so was not ready. I've found that I can't start off at a faster pace. I usually need 2 miles before my body is ready to push harder. Overall, I was happy with today's run.
