Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
I did core with Bryn before doing my workout. Sit ups (300). push ups (30). 3 set of superman for 4 mins each.
I iced feet, rolled on the foam roller, than got an ultrasound on both feet. Eric was not in so another man was doing it. He suggested that I try putting feet in hot water before going to bed and in the morning stretching feet so that it would not hurt as much when stepping out of bed.
My butt and hamstrings hurt while biking.
