Shin's are starting to hurt again:( Did a little speed interval. Ran the 1st mile at 7.2, then the every .25 moved up speed by .2, topping out at 8.0, then 3rd mile ran 7.0, 7.2, 7.4, and ended at 8.0. Ran 3 miles in 24:24, then walked until I reached 30 minutes. Total calories was 513. 3.31 distance.
