Weather: fallish again

again hip hurt a bit in the morn, then got better as the day drug on. felt pretty good during the warmup, but i still didn't want to kill it trying to run hard up hills, ran up the first one (not workout pace, just normal pace) then paul and i continued on up fairhill, and i headed up south park for a fartlek which went incredibly well, no pain at all. circled around the far lake, added on a bit in the meadow to get 45 even. cooled down long with robert, link and vaughn.
