Did a quick run to Dulwich Park and back again but as I was knackered, I only ran to Tritton Road and then walked so 3 miles in total. I decided to test my speed and am quite pleased that I managed it in decent time. Though having said that, I was shattered at the end of it! Really tiring, not sure if I could've kept that pace up for any longer. Next time i run 3 miles, I'm going to try and beat my time. Need to start doing some speed work!

Oh - and I didnt wear my hrm but I did wear the watch just to time myself. No idea what my heart rate went up to but I am sure it was off the scale!
