Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a quick 3 miles in the gym today but having said that, it was tough. Why is so hard to run on the treadmill? Doesnt help that its so hot too. I am trying to get my time down so pleased I managed this in less than 30mins.
Did a good work out today. Have decided that each time I go to the gym, I should try and burn 500 calories. I managed that today!
