This was only supposed to be a 6-7 mile loop. Thankfully Stephen and I found it in us to take a very decent run. We both felt great and finished off the run with some good stretching and some 8 minute abs with 51 push ups. Ya 51 not 50, Stephen did 52 (overachiever)
